Returns & Exchanges
Because every Silver Spoon Jewellery piece is one of a kind and handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges on change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to read each product description carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order — we are always happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will ask you to provide a photo of the damage so we can assess the issue, and will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Custom & Commissioned Pieces
Custom and commissioned orders are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale. We work closely with every customer throughout the commission process to ensure the finished piece meets your expectations — please don't hesitate to ask questions at any stage.
